Britannia ushers in the Future of Valiant by taking us to the past, as we follow the adventures of Detectioner Antonius Axia and the Vestal Virgins.

The leader of the Vestal Virgins sets Antonius on his adventure to take out some sort of death cult. We talk about the possible connections to Death Cults, the Deadside, and other possibilities. Plus, what is Rubria up to? She seems to have her own agenda going on that we aren’t aware of yet.

Plus, we take a look at the depiction of Ancient Rome, and some of the accuracies that they seem to have taken care to depict.

This is a very different sort of book from Valiant, that seems to have very little ties to the Valiant Universe, and that presents a lot of possibilities, and a lot to discuss.
