Valiant Entertainment’s Chief Creative Officer announced today that the next release in the series of Hardcovers will be Archer & Armstrong. The hardcover will include issues 0-6, and will have a new 8 page story by creators Jim Shooter, Sal Velluto, and Bob Almond.

This collection contains some of my personal favorite Valiant stories. This will have the story of how Obidiah (Archer) met Aram (Armstrong), their adventures in the lost land during Unity, Their fight and escape from the murderous sect, and ends with Archer meeting Armstrong’s wife, Andromeda.

The hardcover is scheduled to be released in September.

This episode welcomes new co-host Zeph, as we discuss what would be required for a successful relaunch of Valiant Comics. Opinions abound as we talk about the importance of old continuity for new stories, as well as the different options of how Valiant could start creating new stories about our favorite characters. Joining us for the discussion is guest Michael Sacal, who has populated the informative Valiant Wiki for Valiant Entertainment. The wiki can be found at http://valiantentertainment.com/wiki. Michael knows Valiant continuity and stories through and through.
