A month or so ago, I wrote about a book that had been solicited from Image Comics, The Timeless Adventures of the Eternal Warrior. This is clearly a trademark infringement of Valiant Entertainment’s trademark for Eternal Warrior. So what has happened with this? Read on.

The Timeless Adventures of the Eternal Warrior, by Paul Grist, is being solicited this month in Previews. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, since Valiant Entertainment seems to have this trademark registered.
