Welcome to the 7th anniversary episode of Only The Valiant! On this day in 2008, the very first episode of Only The Valiant was published, and so it began!

To celebrate this anniversary, and also to answer some questions we’ve been getting, we ask ourselves one question: what has our experience with Valiant been?

We start by talking about Old School Valiant, those books from the 90s, and how we became fans, and what we love and appreciate about those books. Some of us were there from the early years, and some found it a little later, but it affected us all.

With the Valiant relaunch in 2012, this show, and Valiant fandom, was recharged, and re-energized. We talk about our experience with the new Valiant, and what we most appreciate about the current books. We touch on a bit of everything, from the creators, to the fandom and the accessibility of the company to the stories, the characters, and the connected universe.

Also, it’s time to bring back OTV rewards, we give away a gold books to one of our listeners who has done us a favor of leaving us an iTunes/Stitcher review.
