We talk about a number of recent events in this episode of Only The Valiant, including some of the announcements from last weekend at Emerald City Comic Con.

First up, Book Of Death was teased over the weekend. This looks like it will the next big summer event, and looks like it will be featuring all of the Valiant characters, and feature an Angel Of Death of some sort. We discuss our reactions, speculation, and anticipation for this event.

Next up, we talk a little about cons, and about the amount of cosplay at many of the cons. We seem to encounter a little bigotry along the way…

We also discuss the Valiant Origins animated webseries that is meant to introduce the Valiant characters to new readers. You can check out the Bloodshot Origin animation online now.

The Valiant mini-series, we get a new reader’s response to the story, and it brings up some peculiar observations about the nature of comics. And the nature of the entertaimo.
