Man! It keeps getting better and better. I can not wait to get my hands on this issue. The funny thing is, is that I’m more partial toward Harada and the foundation than Pete. Up to this point I really do feel that Peter is a spoiled brat that is only looking out for himself. Too cocky to realize that he doesn’t know everything and has a lack of respect. Keep up the great work Valiant!

  • Holy crap this issue was good. Regarding with Kimo said above. I was very anti-Pete reading the first 3-4 issues of this series, but honestly, I think Dysart has done a fantastic job of making neither Harada or Pete exactly likeable. They both have very different life experiences and as a result they have turned out to be very different people.

That being said, as the series has progressed I have found myself very sympathetic to Pete’s situation. Especially when he tells Harada that “Something you’ve never understood about me. I was born to die.” Man, that says a lot about Pete and the hard life he has lived in institutions and on the streets. Even if I still think a lot of Pete’s actions are selfish and destructive, I understand where he’s coming from.
